Sometimes life can be hard and it feels too difficult to cope. You may be in distress or turmoil because of current circumstances in your life. Perhaps recurring behaviour, feelings, thoughts or a problem from the past are difficult to handle. At these times it can be helpful to talk to someone, and counselling or psychotherapy can provide an opportunity to either work on a specific issue or take a longer and deeper look at life and how you are.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, drawing on several ways of working depending on what suits you and your situation.
I aim to provide a comfortable and confidential environment, and give you respect, care and compassion while exploring the issues that you bring and how they are affecting you.
Together we can consider the way forward, explore any action that would be beneficial, and consider different ways of thinking and handling feelings, that could also lead to different ways of communicating with others.
